Director of Research and Evaluation
Eric Ambroso is a research and evaluation specialist with over a decade of experience in capacity building, program evaluation, and educational policy. He has led evaluations for government agencies, international organizations, and educational institutions, providing strategic insights to improve program outcomes. His research has been published in multiple academic journals, and he has led panels and presentations on topics related to shared measurement systems and participatory evaluation methods. Eric holds a PhD in Educational Policy and Evaluation from Arizona State University, a Project Management Certificate from the Project Management Institute, and a Credentialed Evaluator Designation from the Canadian Evaluation Society.

Director of Organizational Development and Learning
Amanda has led large-scale strategic and organizational transformation initiatives across British Columbia’s public post-secondary system, overseeing complex, multi-stakeholder projects. She has extensive experience fostering collaboration among institutions, government, and sector partners, and leads professional development and communities of practice that strengthen cross-campus communication. A long-time champion of inclusive and accessible education, Amanda is well-versed in open education, Universal Design for Learning, equity, and learner engagement, and offers evidence-based strategies to improve access to education. Amanda holds an MEd in Educational Technology from the University of Calgary and a BA with Honors from Acadia University.

Associate Consultant
Heidi holds a Graduate Certificate in Project Management and a Micro-Certificate in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics. She has 17 years of experience in post-secondary administration in progressively senior roles focused on qualitative and quantitative data analysis, business process optimization, and project management. She is also highly skilled in data visualization, merging her fine arts background with data analytics to create visuals that tell a story that can be communicated to a wide variety of audiences.

Associate Consultant
JD is an enrolled member of the Quechan tribe located in Fort Yuma, California. He graduated with his Ph.D. in 2018 and currently serves as an Associate Professor at the University of Arizona where he teaches a range of quantitative courses that includes: Introduction to Statistics, Factor Analysis, Multiple Regression, Survey Methods, and Indigenous Statistics. He researches Native American postsecondary education using Indigenous statistics and applying his expertise in addressing the limitations of collecting and analyzing quantitative results related to Indigenous populations. He brings unique experiences to his research, such as a 2010-2011 deployment to Iraq where he received a bronze star medal.

Rohit is a visionary leader with a proven track record of driving large-scale educational reforms and digital transformations. As Principal and Chief Program Officer at edBridge Partners, he spearheaded initiatives like the NSF-funded network to diversify the professoriate across 25+ institutions, and redesigned student recognition programs impacting 7 million learners globally. His expertise spans strategic planning, stakeholder alignment, and operational efficiency, with a focus on equity and student success. Rohit holds an MBA in International Management from Fordham University and a BS from Carnegie Mellon. A certified PMP®, he has advised clients including the University of California System, the Education Trust Board of New Mexico, and the National Association of Secondary School Principals. His work bridges policy, technology, and pedagogy to close equity gaps in education.

Adam is an experienced leader, educator, and facilitator who brings nearly two decades of cross-sector expertise. With a background spanning education, nonprofit leadership, entrepreneurship, and organizational development, Adam has led initiatives ranging from youth-focused learning programs to innovative school culture redesign and impact-driven events. His education-focused work spans two decades where he has worked with over a hundred schools and thousands of educators to advance learner-centered and experiential pedagogy. He has consistently supported mission-driven organizations and individuals committed to positive social and environmental change. A former Executive Director, Chief Operating Officer, award-winning science teacher, and Outward Bound Lead Instructor, Adam excels at designing systems, motivating teams, and coaching people to reach ambitious goals. He brings a bias toward action, deep empathy, and a collaborative spirit to every project, making him a dynamic partner in both education-focused and cross-sector engagements.
